You will help shape our infrastructure so that our operational delivery and responsiveness to change are industry-leading. You will be workingwith a fantastic Operations Director and an excellent, dedicated team, and together we aim to provide an unrivalled service nationally, whether it be indoor planting, living walls or our spectacular Christmas displays. Your role will be vital to our continuedsuccess, so your experience in providing outstanding service delivery will be essential. **Our Head of Interior - key tasks will include**:

- Working with our Operations Director to produce a National Business Plan for each financial year, and to deliver the operational performance and KPIs within the plan.
- Monitoring the operational performance, ensuring we respond to any issues that may occur and adapting swiftly and effectively to ensure there is no repetition of similar issues.
- Ensuring service levels are maintained, costs are effectively controlled, and a ‘safety first’ culture is in place. You’ll be contributing to the overall operational strategy.
- Maintaining and enhancing the morale and motivation of employees, including training and developing all interior operations employees to their full potential, succession planning, and putting structured training programmes into place to develop employeesat all levels.
- Identifying suitable changes and developments, including industry best-practice, product innovation, and ensuring there is reflection on performance and continuous improvement.
- Building constructive working relationships at all levels within the business, exchanging ideas to improve performance and sharing best practice as an ambassador for phs Greenleaf.
- Work with our Workflow and Planning Manager to identify temporary and permanent resourcing needs.
- Suitable, proven experience in delivering quality-focused service delivery, ideally in the Interior Landscaping sector although this is not essential.
- Excellent motivational and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of delivering a high-end service, with a focus on quality of delivery and customer excellence.
- Horticulture experience would be useful, especially an understanding of legislation relevant to plant importation and control.
- Exceptional communications skills both verbal and written.
- A high level of commitment and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
