**About the Role**:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Cosmetic Repair Technician** to join the Williams Bodyshop team. In this role, you’ll carry out high-quality cosmetic repairs, ensuring vehicles are restored to manufacturer and company standards. This includes paintwork, alloy wheel refurbishment, trim and windscreen repairs, and small-area refinishing.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Perform **Cosmetic Repairs**, including paint, filler, and stopper work, to manufacturer or company standards.

- Carry out **paint preparation, colour matching, and refinishing** on panels, bumpers, mirror covers, and alloy wheels.

- Conduct **trim repairs** (cloth, leather, and plastic) for damage such as scratches, holes, and burns.

- Complete **windscreen chip and star crack repairs** to a high and safe standard.

- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date **colour library** for paints and finishes.

- Ensure all work is completed within the agreed timescales and approved repair authorisations.

- Use and maintain all tools, equipment, and materials correctly and safely, following **Health & Safety** and **PPE** regulations.

- Keep your **work bay clean and organised** at all times, ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Record all time and job information accurately in line with EMACS/Williams procedures.

- Support excellent **customer service**, including identifying and communicating additional repair opportunities.

- Participate in ongoing **training and development** to maintain and improve your skills and knowledge.

- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values at all times.

**About You**:
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in **cosmetic vehicle repairs** (paint, alloy, trim, and glass).

- Skilled in **small to medium area repair techniques (SMART)**.

- Capable of accurate **colour matching** and consistent finish quality.

- Knowledgeable in repair systems such as **Audatex** and **Escribe** (preferred).

- Attentive to **detail**, **safety**, and **workplace cleanliness**.

- A **team player** with good communication and customer service skills.

- Proactive in learning new techniques and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
