A full time role has arisen within our organisation for a vehicle expert to support our busy sales team.

We are a busy car sales site specialising in sports performance, prestige and general cars.

The Role: to be an enthusiastic team player, be able to pick up routine tasks as well as having a flexible approach to the various office/service duties of the role.

The position requires an abundance of common sense and confidence to deal with external suppliers and liaising with management on a daily basis.

As a vehicle expert you will be responsible for providing detailed appraisals on all cars that come into stock, including damage assessments, ordering parts and liaising with our mechanical and bodyshop network.

Main Duties:
**Appraisal of cars (Bodywork and overall condition) Keen eye required.**

**Advertising cars online (photographing stock, computer literacy and good understanding of car specifications required)**
- Organising vehicles for service, maintenance or repair
- Liaising with mechanics and bodyshops

**Liaising with parts suppliers**
- To Provide Proactive updates to customers during vehicle repairs
- General administrative duties as and when required
- Strong work planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Accuracy and Attention to detail
- Good communication skills required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to multi task and prioritise work load when under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
