**Estimator / VDA - Manchester**

Our client, the best motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Bodyshop VDA/Estimator for one of their Prestigious bodyshops in Manchester

About you:

- ATA preferred but not essential.
- Must have Audatex exp.
- The person should have good people skills and understand the principals of the body repair industry.
- As this workshop is PAS 125 approved a good understanding of PAS 125 would be a distinct advantage.

Applicants must have the ability to work well in a team and well under pressure.

- Motor trade experienced
- Computer literate
- Have a good eye for detail
- Strong communication skills
- Experience dealing with customers both face to face and on the telephone
- High degree of sales focus

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Dealing with customers and maintaining strong relationships
- Reporting on cosmetic repair requirements
- Estimating and selling bodyshop repair work
- Delivering high standards of customer satisfaction

Working hour/days

Monday to Friday - 8.15am to 5.30pm

Alternate Sat mornings 8.30am to 12.30pm.

Holidays are 22 days per year plus BH and must be taken between 1st Jan and 31st Dec each year.

Salary

£34k basic - £37k+++ OTE Uncapped and potential to earn MUCH more
