Our Lady Immaculate Catholic Academies Trust is a large Catholic Multi Academy Trust situated in the northern half of the Catholic Diocese of Northampton. The Trust currently leads and manages ten Catholic primary schools located across the geographical area of Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire and, two Catholic secondary schools, one in Northampton Thomas Becket and one in Bedford - St Thomas More.

The Trust is seeking an experienced administrator who is keen to develop further in HR and willing to study for either the Level 3 or Level 5 in HR potentially via the apprenticeship route.

The role is to support the HR Director, HR Officer, and Payroll Officer in providing an accurate, robust, and professional HR administrative and Payroll service to all our staff employed within our Trust located across our 12 schools.

You will work within a small central team to provide an effective, efficient, and professional HR administrative service relating to all HR processes within the employment lifecycle. You will provide first line HR support and guidance to Headteachers and schools interpretating Trust HR policies and procedures and providing advice on terms and conditions. You will coordinate the production of employment contracts, HR letter templates and forms and ensure all HR centralised filing, Single Central Record and HR MIS systems are maintained across the Trust. You will support schools with recruitment and support the Trust Payroll Officer to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

You will already be an experienced administrator either already working in HR or within a customer facing environment. You should have experience of producing high volume, accurate documentation, confident in dealing professionally with a wide range of people and have a high attention to detail and analytic capability for data inputting and processing.

You would be joining the Trust at an extremely exciting time as it continues an incredible journey of growth, innovation, and school improvement. The HR and payroll function is a new team so you will be directly involved in helping the HR Director to shape the service & promote best practice.

**Purpose of the Position**:
To support the Trust HR Director and working closely with the Trust HR Officer and Payroll Officer in providing an accurate, robust, and professional HR administrative and support service to all staff employed within the Trust and its schools. To be the first point of contact in relation to HR queries working in close collaboration with the Trust HR and Payroll Officers ensuring full compliance, best practice and adherence to all relevant legislation, Trust policies and procedures, ESFA Academies Financial Handbook and other regulatory requirements.
