We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join us on a full-time permanent basis in one of our warehouses in Northampton. You’ll be part of the human resources team helping to take care of all HR administration and queries that occur on-site. You will be working mostly Monday - Friday, business hours, but there is flexibility required to occasionally work any other shift including the night shift - its logistics after all

**Pay, benefits and more**:
You’ll earn a salary of up to £25,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 33 days of annual leave (including bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Support the recruitment of a range of roles through room bookings, compiling adverts, arranging interviews, and dealing with all correspondence, supporting with interviews as required
- Set up employee files for new starters, ensure personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records
- Ensure that all probationary assessments take place for employees during their probationary period
- Be responsible for the coordination and management of the absence hotline

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Past HR and/or Payroll administrative experience
- Good use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively
- Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
