Landmarc Support Services are looking to recruit an Administrator (BAMS - Bookings and Management System) to join our office at Rosyth. This position would be a full time role operating over 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday and you would be rewarded with an excellent salary.

As the BAMS Administrator you would be required to use a variety of office equipment and technology as required, the role would require you to liaise stakeholders at all levels. You would support your team by providing a comprehensive administration service and support the Booking and Management System.

Primary duties:

- Be the first point of contact for customers dealing with all matters relating to bids for training facilities
- Ensure that accurate data is recorded within relevant databases
- Assist with the provision of a full and effective administrative service
- Administer the bookings of portaloo’s for the estate
- Map reading skills
- Liaising with key stakeholders to include the client DIO.
- Including typing, photocopying, stationery control and other associated administrative functions.
- Implement and maintain effective information storage retrieval systems
- Develop and maintain relationships

What you know
- Ability to operate office and communications equipment effectively
- Computer literate
- A good level of numeracy and literacy gained through a Level 2 qualification such as a and proven admin or support services experience
- Experience of communicating with stakeholders

What you can do
- Office and administration skills
- Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards
- Ability to follow processes within time constraints
- Basic IT Skills
- Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages
