Techniche Global are recruiting a Learning & Development Administrator to work for an engineering defence contractor, based in Clyde. This is offered as a hybrid role, working 1-2 days on site and the rest from home. You will provide Learning and Developmentand Early Careers administrative support.
Key responsibilities:
- Arrange the delivery of annual training plans and programmes, managing delegate lists, joining instructions, attendance sheets and evaluation processes. This includes managing the training for the Early Careers population.
- Contribute to and participate in continual review of Learning and Development processes and participate in process improvement activities as appropriate.
- To maintain accurate administrative systems and records and provide accurate and timely information records, reports and Balance Scorecard reports using appropriate IT systems and information.
- Provide administrative support to internal and Naval Nuclear Development Programmes i.e. ILM, Lead/Drive
- General administrative duties, includes report writing, minute taking, filing, visitor notifications, ordering supplies and equipment, contractor assistance, management of Early Careers inbox all in a timely and professional manner.
- To provide Learning and Development and Early Careers Team, Line Managers, Employees, external Suppliers with a consistently professional support service and advice.
- Maintain accurate records and update IFS records with any absences, annual leave, sickness, college dates or overtime for all early careers.
- Organise all early careers events including (but not exhausted); assessment centres, inductions, parents sessions, apprentice graduation, accreditations and development modules.
- Maintain and manage all administrative requirements for skills development Scotland funding. Ensuring all records are kept up to date and the required evidence is loaded onto the system within the agreed timescales.
- Other administrative duties as tasked by either Learning & Development Support Manager or Early Careers
Key requirements:
- MS Office
- Business Applications, e.g. CONCUR, IFS Portal, FCM, Labour Booking Portal
- HR Policies and Procedures experience
- Training Cycle experience
