Elanic are Scotland’s leading provider of Cosmetic Surgery. Our multi award winning clinic is one of the busiest breast enlargement clinics in the UK. We are looking for one proven sales professional to join our team in Glasgow City Centre.

Elanic carry out Cosmetic Surgery in Glasgow, Manchester and London. The successful applicants’ role will be to liaise with prospective clients who have contacted the Company by telephone, or through our websites. The role will involve telesales, booking appointments and using our clinic management and proprietary CRM software.

The sales team are also involved in booking patients after consultation with our extensive list of Surgical Consultants. This requires attending consultations between Consultants and patients and completing the sales process.

The successful applicant will work alongside our established team of surgeons, nurses, theatre staff, reception and admin staff.

Our purpose is to provide exceptional cosmetic surgery and medicine to ensure clients receive the highest standards of care, customer service, technology and techniques.

**Patient Care Coordinator**
- We are looking for engaged, motivated and determined staff who are meticulous in their attention to detail, capable of multitasking and working at a high pace_

Part of this job is telesales, as such, you must love being on the phone and talking to prospective clients.

You must be target focused and comfortable working towards targets.

You must love being part of a successful team

**Skills required**:
You must have experience of working in Sales to consumers. We expect a conversion rate of over 70%

You must have experience of telesales. We expect minimum 70 outbound calls per day.

You must enjoy face to face contact with clients and must always reflect the values and ethos of Elanic

You must have a passion for Sales and be receptive to honing your skills through our on going training.

You must have excellent communication skills - with a professional telephone manner

You must want to work as part of a successful, sales-driven team

You must have a positive attitude

You must have an interest in the Cosmetic Surgery Sector

You must be computer literate and have fast typing skills

**What we offer**:
We have a generous monthly Commission structure. We expect you to make commission every month and this will result in significant uplift in pay. More information will be given at interview.

Shifts: Shifts will consist of a mixture of dayshift, evening and weekends on a rotational basis, Home working is likely to be included. Flexibility will be required.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
