**Patient Flow Coordinator**

**Location**: Glasgow City Centre - Excellent transport links
**Hours**: 40 hours per week
**Salary**: £25,396 per annum

As a **Patient Flow Coordinator**, you’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role — ensuring every patient is scheduled promptly, every referral is managed accurately, and every interaction reflects the care we’re known for. You won’t be rushed or pressured. You’ll be trusted to get things right and supported to grow within a stable, purposeful environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Coordinate care**: Schedule patient referrals, appointments, and surgeries with precision and care
- **Own the detail**: Manage patient records, waiting lists, and clinical correspondence accurately
- **Be the steady hand**: Answer patient queries with empathy and professionalism
- **Collaborate with clinical teams**: Ensure a seamless patient experience from referral to treatment
- **Keep things running smoothly**: Support general office tasks and maintain a calm, well-organised environment
