Fantastic new job opportunity (initially a 9-12 month contract) for an Arabic speaking Senior Business Development Manager to join an international HNW lifestyle and luxury retail organisations with global operations across many countries in the EMEA andAsian regions. As part of the global business team, you will work on developing sales into their group of the exclusive HNW market and retail visitors to the UK mostly from the Middle East and India. LANGUAGES Fluency in Arabic and English is essential LOCATION London. You must also be able to travel to the group head office in Bicester, Oxfordshire, at least 2 x per week. COMPANY Our client is an international lifestyle and retail leisure organisation with many successful business brands, business operations and venues located around the world. THE ROLE In order to develop and grow the HNW market as well as retail and leisure visitors from the Arabic speaking Middle Eastern and also Indian markets, they wish to recruit an Arabic speaking Senior Business Development Manager. This role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: - To exceed a sales target of £105m+ and define and implement the Middle East and India strategy to deliver HNW and Quality spending goals in conjunction with the 2 Senior Partnership Managers - Manage relationships with local agents, DMCs, concierge, chauffeur companies and Embassies - Work closely with central team in source - Identify and target companies who have both "HNW" and "Quality" client/employee databases - Work collaboratively alongside Private Client Service Director and Partnership Director to acquire and manage HNW guests - Create and implement leisure events - Share best practice with other European partners - Provide a joined-up approach across departments, hospitality, retail, marketing, operations to deliver maximum impact on all activity CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS - Fluent Arabic and English is essential - Degree level or alternative vocational qualification - Be fully immersed in the Middle East and Indian HNW community with excellent HNW contacts and a good understanding of "Luxury" - background in Luxury Hotels, Private Jet, Travel Trade, partnership/loyalty programmes will be essential - Have good contacts and/or have experience working within partnership/loyalty programmes. - Proven track record in selling a luxury destination would be highly desirable. - Be self motivated and a great ambassador - Excellent Powerpoint skills - Logical thinker, detail oriented, precise and efficient - Flexible work style; adapts approach and communication style - Resilient / determined/ tenacious - Results driven - UK resident or valid Visa to work in the UK - Clean UK Driver Licence and valid Passport SALARY, BENEFITS, WORKING HOURS** **£82,000 + £8,900 car allowance.
