Checkmarx seeks a talented **Regional Sales Leader **to build a strategic vision and tactical execution to penetrate the UK, Nordics & Benelux markets for new business and upsell opportunities. As a Regional Sales Leader for one of the most innovative and market-leading security solution providers, you will fill a critical role by successfully managing, orchestrating, sourcing accounts, and executing all Sales and Business Development activities in your territory, while making a significant impact on our revenue. In this strategic role, you will manage multiple sales opportunities and accounts in your assigned region as we grow our business in the UK, Nordics & Benelux regions. We are looking for a driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead, coach, and motivate their team to overachieve their quota. **Responsibilities** - Develop and execute comprehensive strategic “go to market” business plans - Manage the team’s performance and productivity to achieve targets. - Provide effective day-to-day guidance, training, and direction to the team. - Motivate and drive high-performance teams and promote a culture of achievement. - Develop comprehensive sales and business plans to acquire new Clients. - Establish a "trusted partner" relationship internally and externally. - Facilitate effective planning sessions and target account meetings. - Coordinate/utilize internal resources to broaden and deepen account relationships. - Work with management to develop compelling proposals and contracts on a timely basis. - Deep knowledge of sales cycles and hands-on Sales. - Following up with accounts, formally and informally, to measure satisfaction level. - Participate in selected industry activities, organizations, and trade shows as assigned - Handle customer escalations - Work together with the marketing team to build a strong go-to-market strategy - Identify opportunities for new solutions or new project approaches for target accounts - Manage expectations through routine and thorough contact and communication internally **Requirements**: - Good knowledge and proven hands-on experience in the Cyber security/ enterprise software in the UK, Nordics & Benelux regions - **MUST**. - 2-5 years of sales management and experience leading a team in the UK, Nordics & Benelux regions with a proven track record of success - **MUST.**: - Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to build a complex sales strategy to ensure short - and long-term goals, and objectives. Meet or exceed assigned team quotas. - Excellent presentation skills and communication skills (verbal and written) - Multi-Task with the ability to execute and oversee multiple clients and tasks. - Capacity to be data-driven & proven capability to use SFDC, Clari, Excel Office etc - Ability to work collaboratively with the EMEA management team, providing leadership to the immediate team. - Self-motivated, able to remain focused under pressure, and a consistent high achiever who will exceed expectations to get the job done. - Sales Hunter at heart - Forward-thinker and innovator, team player, and Creative problem solver. - Experience with global companies. - Bachelor's Degree. - Travel is required as needed, mostly within Europe.
