We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Coordinator to join our team.You will have the opportunity to work on the largest project within Atradius Collections history You will be part of a team where you will be personally responsible to work with the project team and colleagues within 8 regions across the globe. You will gather basic information, coordinate tasks, and report on progress. You will utilise your skills to check and maintain accuracy across shared tools and files as well as driving action across regions to meet sometimes short deadlines.

**Main responsibilities**
- ** Information Gathering**: Collect basic information from various regions to support project activities.
- ** Coordination**: Facilitate and coordinate basic activities across regions, ensuring timely progress and adherence to deadlines.
- ** Reporting**: Compile and report on the progress of activities, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
- ** Accuracy Checks**: Utilise skills to verify the accuracy of data and information across shared tools and files.
- ** Action Driving**: Encourage and drive action across regions to maintain momentum and achieve project goals.

**Skills/experience required**
- 1-2 years experience within a coordination / administrative role (in any sector)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite inc Microsoft Teams
