An exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Tech companies in Cardiff as Project Coordinator in their talented and diverse Project Delivery team. This is a hybrid role, working at their modern offices 3 days per week and then at home for 2days (there will also be times when you get to go to customer sites for meetings & project progress visits).

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Project Management system with data to ensure full accuracy.
- Update the project calendar to ensure an accurate and current picture of projects is available at all times.
- Act as point of contact for sub-contractor engineers & third parties involved in projects.
- Work closely with the Project Managers at customer sites in conjunction with project service managers to ensure full functionality of projects.
- Co-ordinate site meetings and liaise with customers to keep open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Good level of education (GCSE Math's & English).
- Good planning and organisational skills with strong ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent project coordination experience.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent developed interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers.
