**Broker Support - Power, Mining & Energy - London (Hybrid Working)**

We are looking for an experienced individual to join us as Broker Support for a busy team of Insurance Professionals, specialising in Facultative Power, Mining & Energy risks for major clients across the world.

**We will rely on you to**:

- Prompt and monitor key activities and tasks throughout the Reinsurance placement in order to promote efficient and timely compliance with our best practice processes
- Build a strong relationship by engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, to deliver excellent and efficient service to our clients
- Assist with reviews of client renewal information
- Initiate the contract drafting process, updates and production of Final Contract Documentation
- Assist Brokers and prepare submissions, where required
- Track placement status of assigned accounts and update information as necessary
- Respond to client requests for information (reinsurer, financial reports, industry issues, etc.)
- On boarding of new clients and markets
- Access front-end broking systems and monitor and report on business metrics

**What you need to have**:

- London Market Insurance experience (minimum 2+ years)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
- A keen attention to detail and accuracy
- A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

- Experience of using London Market systems such as ECF and LORS

- Cert CII qualification
