OverviewA well-established global Lloyd's Broker is looking to appoint an experienced Marine Broker Support professional to join their collaborative and high-performing Marine team. This is a key role supporting the placement and servicing of a diverse international portfolio of Marine risks. The position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the London Market to advance their career, working closely with brokers and clients.ResponsibilitiesManage the full pre- and post-placement process, including documentation, Evidence of Cover, and endorsementsAct as a key liaison between clients, brokers, underwriters, and internal teamsMaintain strong relationships with clients and markets, ensuring high service levels and responsivenessSupport the broking team with marketing materials, contract renewals, and compliance checksCoordinate with compliance, legal, and actuarial teams to meet regulatory standardsContribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis for placements and renewalsAssist in drafting slips and reviewing market documentation for accuracy and complianceExperience & RequirementsPrevious experience in a broker support or technical role within the London Market, ideally within Marine insuranceStrong understanding of classes such as Marine Hull, Cargo, IV, War, and LiabilityExperience working with slips, endorsements, and market presentationsExcellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance processes within Lloyd's/London marketWhat’s on OfferSalary up to £60,000 depending on experienceHybrid working model (1-2 days in the office)Comprehensive benefits including private healthcare and pensionDiscretionary bonusSupportive team environment and clear career progressionIf you\'re an experienced Marine Technician or Broker Support looking for your next challenge in a respected Lloyd\'s broker, get in touch to find out more.As true market specialists, we work in partnership with our candidates and clients, delivering unrivalled market knowledge and insight.
