**RECEPTIONIST OPPORTUNITIES**:

- £23,920 per annum, 40 Hours per week + Generous Company Benefits**

**Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm / 4:00pm - 6:00pm**

**We're looking for guest-focused receptionists with a passion for delivering exceptional service to join our Frasers Hospitality properties in Kensington and Canary Wharf, including Park International Hotel. We're holding a Recruitment Day so that we can meet people interested in joining Frasers Hospitality and developing a career as a receptionist.**

**The Recruitment Day will take place on Wednesday 23rd August and will be held at the Park International Hotel in South Kensington. On the day you will get to learn about Frasers Hospitality and will have a one-to-one interview. There are two slots available, the morning session begins at 10:00am and the afternoon session begins at 4:00pm.**

**NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB**

Do you love putting a smile on people’s faces and creating memorable experiences? Then come and join our fantastic team at Park International Hotel As Customer Relations executive you will contribute to the first impression of our guests at check in and will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests leave with a smile on their face. You will be involved with all day-to-day reception duties and will ensure the smooth-running of the Front Office Department at all times, dealing with guest queries and requests professionally and efficiently. This role also encompasses supporting reservations and all other operational departments, helping the hotel work together as one team.
