**Hotel Receptionist, Pay rate: £11.50 per hour (Full time)**

**Hotels: The Westbourne Hyde Park & The Crescent Hyde Park 51 Gloucester Terrace London W2 3DQ**

**Position**: Immediate start - Reports to Manager

**Job Objective**:To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers

**Essential requirements**:You must:

- have proof of right to work in the UK, able to converse in English, have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, flexibility to work
- Be flexible for early and late shifts

**Main responsibilities**
- Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
- Deal with check-ins, check-outs, collecting payments and keeping records of transactions in the system.
- Fulfil all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety
- Must have multi tasking skills to be ready to help in any department.
- Miscellaneous duties as required as blow or which will be discussed if/when they arise.

**Training**: Full basic-training will be provided to meet the requirements of role.
