**As a virtual receptionist your main role is to answer inbound calls for various clients. We also book appointments, follow up leads, take payments etc.**
**The ability to multi-task is a must. The workload is varied and ever changing. One minute you can be booking somebody in for a decorating quote, the next call will be somebody wanting to view a property that is for sale. No 2 calls or 2 days are the same.**
**You must have excellent communication skills, accurate written skills and be calm under pressure**
**You would be joining a great team We are friendly, hard working and very supportive.**
**Location : Whitchurch, Cardiff**
**Hours : Part time - 8 hour shift between 8.30-6.00 3 or 4 set days a week**
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week
**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
