**About us**

Valerie’s Wine Bar can be found in Ashford’s Lower High Street in a beautiful 1830’s building. A fresh and vibrant bar opening just before lockdown, we have already made a huge impact on the hospitality scene of Ashford. Renowned for our incredible cocktails and fun vibes we are now looking for an enthusiastic but responsible Key Holder to join us in our success and growth as Ashford's best little bar.

We are a fast paced, service orientated wine and cocktail bar with a whole lot of class. So if you love talking to people, making sure they have a great time and can handle a bit of responsibility - this is the position for you

As a Key Holder at Valerie's you will be ideally be:

- Delivering above and beyond customer service that keep customers coming back for more.
- Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout opening, closing, and during service operations of the bar.
- Leading, motivating and guiding other members of staff, especially when senior managers are absent.
- Opening and closing the the bar, including cashing up and locking up.
- 1 year's Bar/floor experience is preferred, together with a fun personality, good cocktail skills and a passion for creating good times You will be friendly, chatty and excellent at making sure people feel welcome and comfortable. Ideally you will also have a love of good cocktails and of course, wine.

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.20 per hour depending on experience
