Our Mental Health Support Workers provide valuable support for our customers in the community. We build confidence and trust, and we are there to listen during both the good and the difficult times.
Responsibilities of this role include supporting with daily living, some personal care, medication, accessing the community and encouraging our customers to lead a fulfilling life.
**We are looking for...**
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferable, but not essential
- The ability to engage, listen and communicate in a variety of ways
- To be passionate about your work and bring a positive attitude to your work
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to various locations
- A resilient, calm approach, with the ability to adhere to agreed processes in challenging situations
- **You must have a full driving license with access to your own vehicle and obtain business insurance** **to be considered for this role**
