Staff Partners are looking for a Support worker/HCA’s based in Clacton on Sea. We are looking for experienced individuals with a background working with the residential care supporting people with Mental Health needs and challenging behaviours.

The site is a specialist residential Learning disability and Autism, looking for an individual who places importance in the outcome and quality of their approach in care. An individual who can commute and is already supporting people with such needs.

- PMVA Training

**Experience**
- Experience in supporting individuals with a diagnosis of autism accompanied with challenging behaviours.
- Supporting patients with associated complex needs.
- A passionate individual with an aim of supporting to reduce challenging behaviour, optimising functional skills.
- Assisting patients with recovery-focused rehabilitation
- Knowledge of patient-centred care.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Clacton-on-Sea, Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
