**Are you a Support Worker experienced within Mental Health? Do you have experience supporting women with challenging behaviours and complex mental health needs? We are currently looking for confident and adaptable individuals to support our team of support workers and nurses.**

We are supporting a 32 bed specialist high dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men. Their fantastic facilities and multi-disciplinary treatment programme are designed to assist individuals with their return to community living. Those placed with them often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.

They offer more than just specialists and treatments, we value the service users as individuals, help enhance their interests and abilities, encourage them to share their views and help them unlock their talents and aspirations. We have an expert by experience working within our staff team to support service users to stay recovery focussed.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our clients care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all

We have shifts available on an ongoing basis, both Long Days and Nights so we are able to work around your current schedule and commitments.

Licence/Certification:

- MAPA or PMVA certificate? (preferred)
