Utilize is on a mission to become the largest and most influential technology partner for small to medium-sized businesses in the South East. We are proud to be part of key vendor Partner Advisory Councils and have a direct influence on technology trends, attending global conferences with industry giants like Microsoft, HP, VMware, Sophos, SonicWALL, and Avaya.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead the implementation and delivery of Cloud and Network projects, making a real difference for our clients.
- Innovate by recommending new technical procedures to the Technology Solutions Manager.
- Support the sales team with pre-sales assistance and solution design.
- Be the go-to technical expert for junior engineers and support staff.
- Provide out-of-hours network support on a rota basis, ensuring our clients are always covered.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring they receive top-notch support from our service teams.
- Meet and exceed SLA obligations, delivering exceptional service every time.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in major project delivery.
- A full UK Driving Licence and the ability to commute to our Basildon office.
- Qualifications in Computer Science/IT, CompTIA N+, Microsoft (MCP/MCSE), Cisco (CCNA), Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, VMWare, and ITIL (beneficial).

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
