Service Specialist

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- The AG Senior Service Solution Specialist has these primary tasks:
- Guide the European Markets with any new AMS products & services in terms of feasibility, economics, preparation plan and delivery plan.
- Be the interface with the Technical Cost team
- Be the interface with the Brand Service team
- Support the Brand Controllers for all the services run by the Wholegoods finance.
- Be the interface with the legal team for any new requirement in the European markets
- Manage and deliver the solutions for Extended Warranties [EW], Maintenance Contracts [M], and others, as defined with Brand Service and Markets
- Be responsible and accountable for AG New Holland OR CASE IH and/or Steyr brand. Maintaining visibility on CASE IH and/or Steyr, NEW HOLLAND brand.
- Support acquiring dealers for selling Service Solutions. Develop a retention model for dealers and customers. Maintain close dealer contacts by identifying, develop and following up on their business requirements
- Project Development:

- define the business requirement liaising with Brand Services
- cover the Functional Design doc’s,
- drive the UAT (User Acceptance Test).

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The AG Senior Service Solution Specialist is a role that works for the AG Segment in EMEA Brand Service & Warranty.
The CNH Industrial Agricultural Machine provides the customers with several services, some of them available to all machines (Extended Warranty, Maintenance Contracts, Winter Check, Uptime, etc.), and some of them specific for the machines connected (Remote support, Proactive Support, Maintenance reminder, etc.).
These services have to be defined, get ready for each market where they have to be sold, and finally delivered to the Dealers and Customers, in coordination with the Brand and Service Brand

The process foreseen to assist Brand Service in defining a plan for each market and each Brand. This plan has to make sure we have available:
1. Service Technical Cost
2. Terms & Conditions in the specific language and confirmed by a legal local firm
3. The tools necessary to the CNHI dealer Network to sell the contracts and to manages them though the machines live.
4. The training material for internal users and dealers.

The tools to manage the services are in constant evolution, and they are part of the development plan lead by Information Technology [IT]. The AG Service Solution - Service Marketing Specialist will be responsible to follow this development as interface between business and IT.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- GENERAL BACKGROUND:
- At least five years’ experience in one or more of the following fields: Warranty, Brand Service, M&R Contract Commercial Vehicles, CNHi Capital.
- General knowledge of the Agricultural Machines and the related business
- SPECIFIC TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Knowledge of the Agricultural products, from a good level technical stand point
- Knowledge of the Dealer business drivers, Workshop and Admin Processes
- Knowledge of the EU agricultural market
- Knowledge of the Machine Sales process
- Knowledge of SAP Software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Software: PowerPoint, Excel, World.
- Knowledge of Internet usage

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree: nice to have
Also accepted College Degree in Agricultural Economics, Mechanic, Electric, Electronic if with long working experience in the industrial/Engineering environment.
