**Peabody** has x2 exciting opportunities for a **Neighbourhood Customer Specialist** on a **full time, permanent** **basis** based within our **North Counties** **region. **In return, you will receive a competitive salary of** up to £35,424 per annum.**

**About the Neighbourhood Customer Specialist role**:
We currently have 2 vacancies available, 1x based in Basildon and 1x based in High Wycombe.

As our **Neighbourhood Customer Specialist, **you will be the ‘face of Peabody’ and responsible for the specialist, personalised service our customers receive.

You will ensure a holistic approach and the delivery of accessible, high quality and value for money services, and will work collaboratively with other teams to ensure safe, thriving neighbourhoods that customers love. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring community safety and supporting the wellbeing of residents, with a particular focus on helping vulnerable residents and families, and engaging and working with them in the management of their homes and neighbourhoods.

**What we're looking for in our Neighbourhood Customer Specialist**:

- Passionate about customer service with excellent communication skills both written and verbal- Resilient with a positive and can-do-attitude- Exceptionally organised with the ability to self-manage a diverse and varied caseload, prioritising work effectively and delivering a first-time fix in order to produce high quality work- Experience within a customer facing role, preferably within housing management and ideally within the social housing sector- An understanding of tenancy and leasehold management and enforcement is desirable, as well as knowledge of current housing legislation and practice and government policy

- Underpinning and improving overall performance within your area, encompassing all aspects of housing management- Carrying out estate, scheme and property inspections- Identifying issues and capturing feedback to continuously improve our services and customer satisfaction- Ensuring lessons learnt help us to improve the service we provide
