Joining AJW as a Customer Repair Executive, you will be proactively developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers, to optimise their satisfaction and increase all sales opportunities.

**What you will be doing**
- Manage customer requirements in an efficient and timely manner
- Provide quotes to customers, working closely with internal departments
- Manage the repair process and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best cost
- Promote efficiencies and continuous improvement for the customer journey
- Assist in the day-to-day decision and problem-solving to meet operational objectives
- Be an integral part of MRO Operations
- Adhere to all new and modified procedures and processes detailing the customer facing elements
- Maximising profitability of all plus cost and customer repairs.

- You'll have gained experience through a customer-facing role where you'll have demonstrated negotiation skills
- It would be great if you have industry experience as well as having worked on Quantum, although this isn't a necessity
- Good analytical and customer service skills
- Good commercial acumen together with the ability to take a timely and considered decision.
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and in writing, dealing with a range of audiences inside and outside the organisation.
- Experience within the Commercial Aviation industry is preferable, particularly in a component trading or MRO environment.Please note, that you may need to undergo a DBS background check if you are successful.
