**Here's the exciting bit a day includes**

The purpose of this role is to take the data surrounding the many customer contact points within Superdrug and Savers and produce and maintain powerful reporting to the two businesses that clearly show what our customers are saying and what they’re experiencing. These reports would be based on feedback from customer contacts and surveys and highlight customer experience, customer trends and customer sentiment across all touchpoints including in store experience and online shopping. This role will be pivotal for providing the data and analysis of the data that will help to shape business decisions while always ensuring the voice of the customer is heard.

**A typical day in this role includes**:
You will work closely with the Senior Customer Services Manager and the Customer Services Team
Your stakeholders would be all teams within Superdrug and Savers that benefit from customer insight
The objective of this role is to create and manage customer feedback reports that help to shape the direction the business takes when improving customer experience
To use the available data to identify trends in customer behaviour and provide relevant feedback to key stakeholders within the business
To create presentations based on data analysis, highlighting key customer trends and customer sentiment in relation to in store and online shopping experiences
To ensure that regular reports are sent out to key stake holders within an agreed timeframe
To assist the wider customer experience team with various admin tasks
