**Job info**:
Up to £22k basic and 1st year OTE of £30k.

**The role**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join one of the UK’s leading debt collection agencies.

Join our expanding telesales team, proactively contacting businesses in the UK to enquire if they need assistance recovering any debts owed to them by their customers.

Contact is primarily via telephone; however, the role has scope to use alternative sources to contact prospective clients, allowing you to use your initiative to reach above and beyond set targets.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Generating sales leads by telephoning prospective clients
- Pitching our services and enquiring about prospect’s overdue invoices
- Daily use of our CRM system Salesforce
- Smashing personal and team targets

**Training**:
