**The Opportunity**

Due to continued growth, and a record year in 2021, our client is looking for an ambitious and hardworking sales and service focused individual to join its enthusiastic and progressive team. If you are tenacious, have excellent people skills, enjoy developingrelationships and driving results we would love to hear from you

You will be responsible for developing existing and new customer relationships, and for maximizing every opportunity to grow our business further.

**The Role**
- Contact clients regularly to develop relationships
- Book appointments for the Sales Team to attend
- Identify opportunities to bring in additional revenue via the current account base
- Complete daily KPIs and meet expectations set by management
- Respond to client queries and log all communication on the CRM
- Update managers on account progress and flag any queries

**The Person**
- Telesales or appointment making experience
- A confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
- IT skills for this are essential, with a good understanding of Microsoft office
- Great with people and can identify opportunities
- Always go above and beyond to deliver a great customer experience
