**About the Role
As Tropic continues to flourish, we're looking for a confident, organised **Influencer Executive **to join our growing PR team

Reporting to the PR Manager, this role offers lots of room for career progression for a go-getter who drives results and acts as the ultimate brand advocate to influencers and the industry. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with influencers, discovering new influencers across various verticals and managing the thriving Tropic Creator Community. You’ll also play a big role in helping to plan and execute exciting PR events and creative mailers, as well as host one-to-ones with influencers on a regular basis.

**Key Responsibilities
- **Influencer Liaison**:Act as the primary point of contact for all influencer interactions. You will be expected to host in-person influencer meetings at least 1-2 days per week.
- **Tropic Creator Community**:You’ll manage our community of micro creators, ensuring they are the first to try our latest launches, acknowledging their birthdays and other life events and ensuring they know our values inside out, forging personal connections at the same time. You’ll create and implement strategies to grow TCC and measure its success.
- **Paid campaigns**:Work closely with the PR Manager to ideate and execute paid influencer campaigns, and work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, social media team and other stakeholders to effectively amplify and measure success.
- **Affiliate Marketing**:Support the PR Manager in running the new influencer affiliate programme, ensuring influencers are joining and set-up for success.
- **Creative Collaboration**:Work with the wider PR team to develop creative mailer concepts and influencer assets, whilst staying true to our values as a sustainable brand.
- **Events**:Manage key elements of events, from guestlist to logistics, working closely with internal teams on creative touchpoints.
- **Networking**:Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts, such as agents and attend industry events on behalf of Tropic.
- **Reporting**:Own reporting for all influencer activity. Utilise platforms like Tribe Dynamics to track performance, measure success and make suggestions to PR Manager to amplify, if required.
- **General Administration**:There will be an element of admin with this role, including developing target lists, ensuring the PR stock cupboard is always topped up, arranging gifting and cards to our influencer community for key life events, liaising with our dispatch centre to execute all send-outs and more.

**What We're Looking For
- A strong profile of working with beauty brands, (preferably skincare) is essential.
- Experience working on founder-led skincare and beauty brands is a plus
- Strong events experience; well-established influencer relationships a plus.
- A confident communicator; must be confident in conducting 1-2-1 appointments.
In-depth understanding of the influencer landscape and keeping on top of trends and competitor activity.

- **Employment Type**:This role is offered on a full-time contract, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Very o ccasional evening work will be required around key events and networking opportunities.
- **Where we're located**:Tropic HQ is located a short walk from Beddington Lane Tram stop, which is connected to East Croydon and Wimbledon.
- **Hybrid Working**:At least 2 days a week in the office as standard with a minimum of 1 day a week working in London for influencer meetings and industry networking events.
