- Assist with the invoicing.

- Work alongside the Facilities Manager. Duties include; managing maintenance spreadsheets and action lists.
- Manage the social media platforms for Instagram and Twitter in line with Company policy.
- Attend management meetings.
- Work with the Facilities Manager and Development Manager to maximise how the site is utilised
- Engage with the local community to encourage business growth

**Skills**:

- Impeccable customer service skills.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and desired experience of using Apple OS.
