**Temporary Opportunity**
Role: Helpdesk Administrator
Pay rate: £10.33 per hour
When: ASAP
Location: Norwich
**_100% Office Based_**
**The Role**
- First point of contact for scheduling works.
- Effectively tasking and direction of the engineer's workforce to complete reactive, quoted and planned maintained.
- Working in conjunction with Building Services Managers, Account Managers and Operations Managers to ensure seamless management of contact.
- Acting as a key point of contact for all sub-contractors.
- Managing chases, complaints, and escalations.
- Liaising with Clients as and when required.
- Taking Health and Safety into consideration with support from Management.
- Ensuring that the correct documentation and process and procedures are complied with when processing invoices.
- Ensuring agreed timescales for the invoicing process are met.
- Working proactively to reduce current level and ageing of delegated contract WIP.
- Filing and general office duties.
