**Job Outline**

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Management Graduate to join their well-established global manufacturing business. You will gain a well-rounded view across all the manufacturing departments and gain a full understanding of the operations within the business. The objective of this graduation role is to lead into becoming talented future management within the business.
- You will spend time in each individual area gaining a full understanding of the business operations and the manufacturing process including materials management, planning materials, looking at forecasting, stock and production timelines, planning, materials, production, quality, technical costings, efficiencies, wastage, workflow and quality controls
- You will look at manufacturing problems, analyse them and give solutions to improve techniques
- Learn to use modern lean manufacturing techniques
- Take a hands-on approach of the day-to-day responsibilities and supervision of a team
- You will be mentored both as a person and as a professional
- A recent graduate educated to degree level within the last few years
- Computer literate with good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
- Strong team player - ideally someone who can demonstrate this eg team activities
- Excellent inter-personal, oral and written communication skills, timekeeping and organisation
- The ability to priorities tasks and to manage your workload
- A confident individual able to lead a team
- Ambitious and driven
- Someone who has natural problem-solving skills
- Ideally own transport, however, this is not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00 per year
