Who we are looking for

An Operations Management Graduate Trainee with a passion for Operations Management who is looking for an opportunity to fast track their career.
Our fantastic Graduate Scheme will give you hands on experience on how to manage teams, projects and resources.
You will gain invaluable insight and experience in a range of key areas including Customer Services, Responsible Gambling, Payments, Verification, Fraud and Risk, Operations Technical Support, Compliance and so much more.
You will receive continual direct mentorship from senior managers who will be supporting you to reach your full potential and build your career within the management structure of our dynamic organisation.

The position is offered on a full time basis and will require a flexible approach to working hours working any five days from seven, including evenings and bank holidays.
Successful applicants will need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
- Preferred skills and experience- Upper Second Class Honours degree or higher, obtained within the last three years.- First class interpersonal skills coupled with the potential to lead others.- Genuine passion for Operations Management in a busy customer-oriented environment- Excellent communication skills.- Driven and proactive approach to work.- Main Responsibilities- Embarking on an 18 month development programme, designed to accelerate you through an increasingly steep learning curve.- Participating in a rotational scheme which introduces you to some of our key functions and colleagues.- Dealing with one or more mentors from bet365’s Senior Managers from day one of your programme.-
