**Current Team Information**

We are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic lettings team in our Hampstead office.

Hampstead has been Savills most successful Lettings office for 5 out of the last 6 years. It’s the largest organically grown office in the UK.

This is a newly created opportunity with huge scope for progression and the opportunity to take advantage of our competitive, uncapped commission structure.

You will be working closely with our head of department, two existing negotiators and a lettings coordinator. Your focus will be the Hampstead, Belsize Park, Highgate and the surrounding area; however, you will also have open access to all our availableproperties across North London and Prime Central London, providing you with endless opportunities and an uncapped commission structure.

**The Role & Key Responsibilities**

The role requires high energy and a willingness to get stuck in and help whenever necessary with a varied workload in active and busy offices. Often there will be time pressures and short notice requests - our Lettings Consultant will thrive under this pressure.

You will be expected to take the lead on ensuring all required paperwork and checks that are carried out for eachtenancy,withthesupportofyourteam;complyingwithallSavillsprocesses,ARLAguidanceandstatutory legislation.
- Meet and greet all people entering the office asappropriate
- Efficiently and appropriately deal with a large volume of Landlord and Tenantenquiries
- Register applicants on our Reapit database and maintain appropriatecontact.
- Qualify applicant requirements and organiseviewings
- Professionally carry out viewings as required and establish rapport withapplicants
- Provide feedback to LL’s, Tenants and Applicants followingviewings
- Update Reapit with feedbackregularly
- Match applicants and ensure regular applicant callouts
- Maintain and build database of relocation agents in thearea
- Negotiate the terms of tenancies with landlords and tenants and manage the pre move inprocess
- Negotiate renewals whereappropriate
- Prospect for new businessopportunities
- Attend Networking events whereappropriate
- Book in and attend pitches demonstrating comprehensive market leadingknowledge.
- Write property descriptions and upload marketing to the Savills website and propertyportals.
- Generate marketing collateral (brochures, social media campaigns,leaflets)
- Negotiate appropriate fee levels with Landlord clients and prospective newlandlords
- Ensure that all landlord compliance checks have been carried out and relevant documentation obtained prior to propertymarketing.
- Ensure that tenants are referenced appropriately and right to rent checks are obtained as well as verified Identificationdocuments
- Participate in, and on occasions lead, morning and weekly teammeetings.
- Ensure all company training is attended andcompleted

**Desired but not essential**
- Experience using ReapitSoftware
- Experience using RadarSoftware
