Senior Lettings Negotiator - Hampstead

Independent Estate Agent | Career Progression to Lettings Manager

Location: Hampstead, London

Experience: Minimum 4 years in residential lettings

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our well-established independent estate agency in Hampstead. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lettings professional looking to take the next step in their career, with a clear pathway to a Lettings Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the full lettings process, from market appraisals to tenancy agreements
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Generating new business and securing quality rental properties
  • Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
  • Staying up to date with market trends and legislative changes
  • Ensuring compliance with lettings regulations and company policies
  • Assisting in the training and development of junior team members
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a lettings negotiator role
  • Strong track record in winning instructions and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Knowledge of the Hampstead property market (preferred)
  • ARLA qualification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full UK driving licence and own car
