**Junior Project Manager
Permanent, Malvern (Hybrid model WFH/Office)
£30,000 - 37,500 DOE + Bonus + Benefits**

**The Job**

A world-leading defence technology company are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their Intelligence division. You will be working closely with the Senior Project Managers to deliver a variety of projects to their customers, you will be put throughbespoke training and be given mentorship to develop your skills and experience and progress into a Project Manager position within 2 years.

This opening gives you the chance to join a talented and dedicated team focusing on the build up of critical defence infrastructure and development projects. Due to the nature of the work the projects are stimulating and often challenging, working with avariety of internal and external stakeholder providing an excellent opportunity to build upon existing experience to further extend future career opportunities.

**Responsibilities**
- Delivery of projects
- Development and maintenance of positive engagement with programme managers and other key delivery partners
- Risk, Negotiation, HR and Conflict Management throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintenance of all appropriate reporting needs in support of project and programme delivery
- Application of governance requirements such as lifecycle, project and independent reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience supporting project delivery (e.g. Project Support Officer, Project Administrator, Project Controller)
- Good communication and engagement skills
- Experience with management software (MS Projects / Primavera, or similar), or Excel to build cost estimates and create reports.
