Job Title: Sales Administrator
**Salary**: £12.82 per hour
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Hours / Contract: 6 to 8 Months Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.30 pm
COMPANY PROFILE
Our client based in the heart of Welwyn Garden City are actively recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator who is a proficient user of SAP and is available for work on an immediate basis.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience within an administrative role or similar
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft packages and SAP
- Quick learner
- Good attitude to work
- Highly organised
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing customer orders
- Handling quotations and invoices
- Ensure products are despatched and arrive to customers in a timely manner
- Updating customers' accounts
- Ensure accurate specifications are updated and maintained on the system
- Answering calls and transferring when necessary
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 20 days' annual leave + bank holidays
- Parking on-site
- Immediate start dates available
