Must have direct experience of Purchase or Sales Order Processing with an ERP software.
**Job Summary**
To process incoming customer orders, purchase orders, inventory stock management. Provide support and assistance to customers, sales team and other departments.
**Experience Required**
*Experience of sales or purchase order processing using an ERP software such as IFS, SAP etc.
*Excellent organisational skills.
*Accurate and numerate.
*Fluent English: written and oral.
*Ability to communicate with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, e.g. Word, Excel.
*Friendly and warm personality.
*Strong team spirit and professional attitude.
*Work on own initiative and well in a team.
*Experience of Import and Export an advantage
**Responsibilities**
*To process all orders in a timely and accurate manner.
*To respond to all customer requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
*To liaise with the sales team to ensure we offer the best service possible to our customers.
*To liaise with the warehouse team to ensure all customer demands are met.
*To monitor and control stock levels to ensure company has goods available when their customers require them and to also ensure their stock levels are not too high.
*Filing as and when required.
