Sales Representative Job Summary: As a Sales Representative in our convenience store, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting in stock management to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience for customers. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide product information.
- Handle sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and ensure displays are neat and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.
- Maintain store cleanliness, including sweeping, dusting, and wiping counters.
- Handle customer complaints or issues calmly and professionally.
- Process deliveries and help with unloading stock as needed.
- Promote store promotions and special offers.
- Follow company policies regarding cash handling and loss prevention. Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not essential. Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Light to moderate lifting (up to 20 kg).

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
