We have an exciting brand-new opportunity for a Paid Advertising Junior to join our Paid Advertising team. If you’ve always wondered just how digital marketing works and how companies like ours use different media channels to support our growth, then this role will provide you with some great exposure that will support you as you grow in your performance marketing career. This could be the job for you if
- You’ve got a true interest in performance marketing, specifically paid media and different paid media channels. Including: Google, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Tiktok and various other platforms.
- You’re a planner who can adopt a project mindset - this role will involve executing paid media campaigns, so you’ll need to be a dab hand at seeing projects through end to end.
- You’re a fast learner and someone who loves the idea of working for a fast-paced and quickly growing e-commerce department where you certainly won’t be bored
**As a Junior Paid Media Executive, you’ll be a success if**
- You effectively support the wider paid media team with campaigns, helping to ensure their success by increasing paid revenue.
- You focus on developing your paid media knowledge - keeping up to date on the latest Google & Facebook advertising products and trends and sharing your knowledge with your team members.
- You are super organised - with on-going projects as well as daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, you’ll manage your time effectively and prioritise where needed.
- You are big on data and proactive - able to spot key trends and communicate them to your key stakeholders.
**What you’ll bring**

- An interest in pursuing a career in paid media and paid social.
- An understanding of Google, Facebook Ads Manager, Tiktok ads manager, Snapchat ads manager and Twitter ads.
- An analytical mindset with a strong eye for data.
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen to learn and pick up new processes
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn, research and take initiative.
**The great stuff**
- Qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or E-Commerce
- Strong knowledge of the e-commerce industry.
- Paid advertising certificates e.g Google
