We are currently looking for a Calls Coordinator to join our growing team.

**The role implies**:

- Keeping track of our learners payments, fill Excel reports
- Making sure that a professional customer service level is maintained in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
- Identifying and resolving any urgent customer service queries.
- Assisting assessors with their needs
- Provide general course administration and ensure students receive the highest quality of support

Skills required:

- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Good listening skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Good knowledge of Romanian and Russian is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel,Outlook,Word)

What we offer:

- Full time role with flexible days, we are working during wekends
- Salary from 30k/per year
- Pleasant work environment.
- Position available from January

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
