- In this Course Team Leader role, reporting to the Construction Section Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of the curriculum across a diverse range of programs in plumbing, electrical, and multi-skills
- Your expertise will be leveraged as you teach across various programs that align with your specialised knowledge
- Beyond your teaching duties, you will oversee a team of Lecturers and actively participate in ongoing curriculum development and quality assurance initiatives

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- At a minimum, you will need a Level 3 qualification in Plumbing, an Assessor credential, and at least 2 years of teaching experience in the field
- Ideally, you will possess a Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector, or you will be willing to work towards obtaining this credential
- A strong understanding of best practices in teaching and learning will be essential for success in this role
- Some experience in curriculum coordination would be advantageous, and if you have had the opportunity to lead or supervise a team, that would be an added asset
