**Marketing Executive - £28,000-£30,000 D.O.E - Ashford, Kent (Hybrid Working)**

**The Role
Do you possess a marketing degree or equivalent qualification/experience, coupled with experience of website management? Do you have a proven track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns in a B2B setting? If so, we have an exciting opportunityfor you.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join the marketing team helping to build on the work carried out over the last three years to transform the Kent-Athlone Pharma Group activity and help take our marketing to the next level.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Marketing Executive include, but are not limited to:

- Working with the marketing manager and wider department to help set and implement the marketing strategy.
- Being part of the marketing and campaign planning, providing innovative ideas to meet our goals.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to effectively launch products for both our wholesale and hospital division.
- Undertake a website redesign project and ensure that it is maintained following completion.
- Manage all digital catalogues and databases for product listings.
- Event organisation; managing and organising exhibition stands at trade events and sponsorship of industry events.
- Manage the creation of the internal literature for departments where necessary.
- Providing support in delivering ad-hoc marketing requirements for marketing and sales initiatives including use of presentations, sales collateral and materials as required.
- Marketing administration including proof reading, responding to enquiries, monitoring competitor activity, distributing direct marketing literature, compiling the monthly marketing report etc.
- Copy writing; writing and update existing literature where necessary, adapting the language and messaging where necessary for both healthcare professionals and wholesalers.
- Ensuring our messaging, style, and brand consistency is maintained across all activity.
- Maintain the online presence and social channels, advising on best practice and developing social strategies to accomplish the commercial objectives.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Marketing Executive:

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Degree or equivalent qualification/experience.
- Experience of developing and executing marketing campaigns in a B2B setting.
- Experience of website management.
- Strong creative content skills and social media strategy development.
- Creative with ability to think laterally and come up with new/unique ideas.
- Experience working with print and design.
- Experience of managing and delivering large events both in person and online.
- Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.
- Personable and approachable with an ability to influence and change mindsets at all levels of the business.
- Get up and go attitude with ability to self-manage. A strong team player with a positive attitude who is committed, collaborative and adaptable, with a passion for excellence.
