**Purpose**
Responsible for the management and execution of paid search activity for the Global business to drive user growth and increase commercial revenue.
With a focused sales approach, provide direction on planning and delivery, consistently reviewing and optimising campaigns across all paid channels and search engines within budget and provide tracking and reporting on KPI’s.

**Responsibilities**
**Key responsibilities and tasks**:
- Offer demonstrable experience to run paid search campaigns utilising Good Ads, Microsoft Ads and Paid Social Channels.
- Establish strong working and communication processes
- In-depth understanding to effectively manage paid search strategies.
- Manage display and video placement lists through Google Ads and through other contextual advertising platforms.
- Develop new, innovative and engaging strategies for maximising web presence with special attention to targeting specific customer audiences drive sales and increase revenue.
- Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments and report updates as appropriate to Marketing Team.
- Understand and manage digital marketing affiliation & specialist (retention) and marketing analysis with a view to expand presence.
- Paid Social media strategy development, creation, optimisation and monitoring.
- Manage external landing page platforms.
- Campaign reporting on a monthly and ad hoc basis depending on internal stakeholder requirements.
- To develop a strong understanding of company services/products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives.
**AD-HOC: Any duties deemed necessary and/or at the request of First Line Manager or any Senior Manager/Director of the Company.**

- Maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times.
**Key Performance Indicators**
- % Growth against target in assigned region.
- No. and % of target meetings established each week new/existing clients.
- No. and % of target calls achieved each week new/existing clients.
- No. and % completion of target stand/POS/leaflet distribution weekly.
- No. of potential clients contacted.
- Efficiency of route planning to cover geographical area.
**Qualifications**
- Full clean driving license.
**Competencies & Experience**
- 2+ years’ experience in driving successful paid search campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with website analysis using variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
- Experience with popular PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
- Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts
- Google Ads/Microsoft Ads certification an advantage
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with high energy and enthusiasm to target and engage potential customers
