**Sales Executive**

**About the role**

We're growing rapidly and are now looking for three Sales Account Executives to join our small, friendly team where you'll be responsible for managing a territory of customers including pharmacies, clinics, and dispensing doctors. Building and maintaining strong business relationships really is the key to success in this role as you'll be selling the full Axis product range, using your sales skills to maximise orders, achieve monthly profit targets and secure repeat business. This is a busy role in a fast paced environment, so you'll need to be organised and plan ahead efficiently to make outbound calls and complete sales.

Thrives in a fast paced environment with strong multi-tasking and time management skills
Commercially minded with strong customer focus
Experience gained within a Telesales, Sales, or customer focused Contact Centre role
Results driven
Ability to work as part of a small team
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Package
Proven ability to achieve stretching targets

**Preferred experience**

Ability to research and utilise external market insight and knowledge to build sales plans and promotion initiatives
Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace and products

This is a full time permanent position based at our Head Office in Ashford, Kent and offers a salary of £19,000 with an expected OTE of up to £30,000, which can be reached through an uncapped bonus scheme linked to achieving sales and profit. We also offer training and development to ensure you reach your potential.

Our working hours are 9am - 5pm
