Purchase Ledger Administrator

MLC Partners are working with a leading not for profit organisation to recruit a Purchase Ledger Administrator for a 3-4 month contract. Reporting into an experienced Finance Manager, the role joins a brand name charity during a busy period.
Main responsibilities include:
- Accurate inputting of invoices onto the finance system, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.
- Preparing national and international payment runs and overseeing supplier records.
- Resolve queries from a mixture of internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the finance inbox and refer queries to the relevant parties.
- A good people person with excellent customer service skills, able to support individual suppliers who often are not finance experts.
- Experienced working in an accounts payable team and able to get up to speed quickly.
- An organised individual, ideally with experience of SUN.
