**JOB ROLE**:Purchase Ledger Clerk**
**JOB TYPE**:Permanent

**COMPANY**:Interior Design

**HOURS**:9:00am - 5:30pm

**SALARY**:£30,000 - £35,000* Depending on experience

**LOCATION**:Heart of London City Hybrid working

**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:

- Supporting the accounts department with purchase ledger and administration where necessary
- Allocate purchase invoices, against purchase orders using our internal software, and processing in the accounting system - SAGE
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve invoicing queries in a professional manner on a timely basis.
- Liaising with project management teams as necessary to resolve issues.
- Supplier reconciliations.
- Responsible for weekly and monthly payment runs
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Aged debtors and creditors management.
- Support the finance and office management functions as required.
- Working as part of a team to support in other areas where required.
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:

- 1-2 years minimum in a similar purchase ledger
- Some exposure to accounts is definitely beneficial
- Any accounting software experience, accounts, payments, invoicing etc.
- Full training and development will be provided so must be willing to muck in
- Strong team player and ambition to learn and grow
- Enthusiastic and happy to help with admin where necessary
- Personality, self-motivation, and enthusiasm is very important for the team culture
- Numerical minded and attention to detail is key
- Organised and methodical
