BardWood Support Services are now recruiting for a team leader to work in a fast-paced airport. If you are practical, hands on, responsible and enjoy working on your own as well as within a team then this could be the position for you. You need to be reliable,responsible, and hardworking. You will be reporting to the Supervisor the Team Leaders main responsibility will be to assist the Supervisor with the management of the team on night shift. The Team Leader will be working in a fast-paced and demanding environmentthat welcomes customers on a daily basis. There are no fixed qualifications required however your communication skills must be outstanding as well as your customer service.

SHIFT: 4 on 4 off night shift only 1800-0600

RATE: £13.20 per hour

LOCATION: Heathrow Airport

YOU MUST HAVE:

SKILLS NEEDED:

- Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence

- Knowledge of relevant procedures
- Able to work from own initiative

MAIN DUTIES:

- Assist the Supervisor with nightly issues.
- Assist with the allocation of cleaning duties and areas for cleaning operatives ensuring that all areas of the sites are maintained and meet the needs of the contract and any relevant SLA’s.
- Ensure that cleaning operatives understand and adhere to the site rules and maintain a smart appearance, including the wearing of the MITIE uniform when carrying out their tasks.
- Report all accidents and/or potential hazards to the Lifeline and relevant management and update appropriate records as necessary.
- Ensure all areas within the premises are cleaned to the required frequency and SLA’s.
- To step up to Supervisor when required to cover sickness and holiday.
